We provide a warranty for our jewelry for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and stones that have fallen out or are poorly set due to production issues. Please note that since most of our jewelry is handmade, there may be minor traces of manual craftsmanship, which are not considered manufacturing defects.
Limitations of the Warranty:
Please exercise caution and follow the care instructions for your jewelry. The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, loss, or theft. Additionally, the warranty will be voided in case of attempted repairs by oneself or by other jewelers, or any alterations to the jewelry.
Also, please be aware that the warranty does not cover stones that may fade or change color when exposed to sunlight. Such stones include topaz, amethysts, and citrines. We recommend avoiding direct exposure to sunlight to preserve their natural beauty for many years.
Durability of Your Jewelry:
To ensure the longevity of your jewelry, handle it with care and delicacy. Follow the care instructions provided in our jewelry care guide (link to the guide).
Warranty Service Procedure:
If you experience any issues with your jewelry during the warranty period, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Provide us with your order number, purchase date, and a detailed description of the issue. We will be delighted to assist you in resolving the situation and provide the necessary information regarding the return, repair, or exchange process. Please note that if the item is one-of-a-kind, an exchange for an identical piece will not be possible.
We strive to deliver impeccable service and support to our customers. Thank you for choosing our jewelry, and may you enjoy its beauty and exquisite design for many years to come!
