Jewelry Return Policy
We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with purchases made on our website. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with the jewelry you have acquired, we are pleased to offer you a return service.
You have the right to return the jewelry within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving your order. If 14 days have passed since your receipt, unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a refund.
Terms and Procedure for Returns
If you wish to return the jewelry, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will respond to your request and provide you with instructions for returning the item.
- Pack the jewelry securely to prevent damage during transportation.
- Send the jewelry back to us using a shipping method that provides tracking. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, as well as any applicable taxes and fees.
- We will process the refund after receiving the returned item and inspecting its condition. To qualify for the return policy, the jewelry must be in its original condition, free from damage, signs of repair, or wear.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging. Damaged items are not eligible for a refund.
- After receiving and inspecting your return, you will receive an email confirming or rejecting the refund within 14 days. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for a refund:
- Custom-made items.
- Personalized items.
- Products purchased with a discount or during a sale.
